About Us
"We wanted to create a calm space where people can take take time out of their busy lives and learn something new. Our cookery courses and workshops are eclectic, informative, very hands-on and designed to be fun."
The Cow Barn is set deep in the Hertfordshire countryside, surrounded by woods and meadows. It's the baby of Carte Blanche Catering, which has been joyfully catering for weddings and parties for over thirty years. We are passionate about real food and ingredients, and being able to share what we have learnt over the years is a dream fulfilled.
