The Cow Barn is set deep in the Hertfordshire countryside, surrounded by woods and meadows.  It's the baby of Carte Blanche Catering, which has been joyfully catering for weddings and parties for over thirty years.  We are passionate about real food and ingredients, and being able to share what we have learnt over the years is a dream fulfilled.
