Baking Bread with Trevor (full day course)

 

Learn how to make healthy and delicious breads at home, full of nutrition and free of the suspicious ingredients you find listed on the back of supermarket brands!

 

The day will begin an introduction to Sourdough. You will learn to make your own Sourdough Starter and then Trevor will guide you through the steps of making his signature Crusty Multi-seed Sourdough Loaf.

 

You will also make a variety of healthy yeasted breads, including a Wholemeal Walnut & Fig Loaf with Rye, Roast Onion Focaccia and a delicious Moroccan Chickpea Flat Bread.

 

There will also be lots of extra ingredients and toppings on tap, so that you can take the doughs you have learnt to make, and create your own unique flavour combinations!

 

The Cow Barn team will serve up a hearty lunch and you will take all the loaves you have made home with you at the end of the day!

 

Please note tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend a course, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resell the ticket on your behalf.
