Choux Pastry Masterclass (half day)
Master the art of choux pastry and learn how to make make profiteroles, cream puffs, religieuses and beignets! Learn how to top them with craquelin for the ultimate professional finish and turn them into savoury gougères to impress your guests at drinks parties.
This is a hands-on workshop, and you will take the results of your hard work home with you at the end of the afternoon and hopefully lots of ideas on what to make next!
