Join us for a relaxed afternoon at The Cow Barn exploring how to cook the food you love in ways that are healthier but still wonderfully satisfying.
We’ll share some of our favourite recipes, along with small changes and ingredient choices which will make all the difference — creating dishes that are full of flavour, but nutritionally sound and quietly virtuous!
You’ll cook, taste, and take home everything you make, along with recipes and ideas we hope you’ll return to again and again.
