We are delighted to announce that we will be holding a special Fine Dining Event headed by acclaimed chef Adam O’Sullivan at The Cow Barn on Friday 7th June.
After spending several years working in Michelin and high end restaurants all over the UK, Adam has come home to Hertfordshire to join us at Carte Blanche as Head Chef. His modern eclectic style is firmly rooted in provenance and sustainability, and we are so excited to be collaborating with him on our first pop-up dinner of 2024.

The evening commences at 7.00pm
Please let us know if there are any dietary requirements within your party.
We have a small but carefully curated wine list, but if you would prefer to bring your own wine then there will be a small corkage charge.
Soft Drinks, Tea and Coffee will also be available to purchase at The Cow Barn.
Please note tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resell the ticket on your behalf
