We are delighted to announce that we will be holding a special Fine Dining Event at The Cow Barn on Friday 7th June.

 

Please see below for our Summer 2024 Pop-up menu, showcasing local and seasonal ingredients

 

Snacks:

 

Duck Livers |Pistachio and Water Biscuit | Red Onion

 

Mushroom | Truffle Cream | Pine Nut

 

Bread:

 

Malted Yeast Brioche | Seaweed Butter

 

First Course:

 

Cambridge Asparagus | Hen’s Egg | Ramsons

 

Fish Course:

 

North Atlantic Cod | Leek | Potato | Parsley

 

Main Course:

 

Hertfordshire Organic Hereford Beef | Celeriac | Lovage

 

Crossover Course:

 

Rhubarb | Rosemary | Buttermilk

 

Dessert:

 

Chocolate | Black Sesame | Burnt Milk

 

The evening commences at 7.00pm

 

Please let us know if there are any dietary requirements within your party.

 

We have a small but carefully curated wine list, but if you would prefer to bring your own wine then there will be a small corkage charge.

 

Soft Drinks, Tea and Coffee will also be available to purchase at The Cow Barn.  

 

Please note tickets are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resell the ticket on your behalf
