How To Build The Perfect Pie 
 
In this hands-on workshop, we will each build our own pie, worthy of any banqueting table (or special supper at home)!
 
First, we will learn how to make the perfect pie pastry and then, choosing from a selection of ingredients you will craft and decorate our own pies.
 
We will talk about the history and geography of the pie, and then while your pies are baking, sit down to an early pie supper. At the end of the session, you will be able to take your own pie (to feed six) home with you!
